Last year’s record: 4-9 PAC-10, 8-11 overall.

Players to watch: Senior: Christie Balestra (attack).

Outlook: The Vikings will have some big shoes to fill following the graduation of First Team goalkeeper Harley Barrett (Coastal Carolina) last season. PV will look to have a bit more luck this season, after suffering six losses by two goals or less, including two one-goal losses to Boyertown. Kelley says those close games should provide plenty of experience and lessons for the players to bring into this season. “We are a young squad with a great core group of leaders,” she said. “PV had a lot of close games in 2015 and a strong showing against our biggest rivals. We are looking to build off those lessons and turn a corner this season.”
