Shipley athletic director Mark Duncan said, “Coach Costello and Coach Lennon work incredibly well together and are excited about the future of the program. They look forward to working with fellow coaches Bryan Bendowski and Diane DiBonaventuro to develop the players and continue the success developed by previous coach Sean Costello, who left Shipley the fall of 2014 to become the assistant women’s’ basketball coach at Appalachian State University. We look forward to another successful season for our state champion girls’ basketball team.’
