Highlights: Owen J. Roberts got five goals and an assist from Gabe DellaPenna and four scores from Will Whitlock, allowing it to hold off Upper Merion in PAC action Tuesday. 

Justin Daubert added a goal and three assists for OJR. Kevin Roseland led the Vikings with six goals. Justin Besz scored twice and tallied an assist while Casey Lamey paced Upper Merion’s attack with three assists and added a goal. Lincoln Jones and Collin McCormick scored a goal apiece while Andrew Haney and Noah Canale made an assist each. Nathan Uhl came up with eight saves for the Vikings.

Highlights: Mason Barndt put away six goals with an assist while Jason Oakes (assist) and Aidan McFalls (two assists) scored hat tricks for the Bears in a rout of Interboro. Gio Daddario (assist) scored twice while Gage Parker (two assists), Ryder Gehris, Hayden Rogoff, Luke Heimbach, and Brayden Kuhar all found the back of the net as well.

Tyler Diffenderfer paced Boyertown’s attack with five assists while Logan Eardley and Jack Christman tallied one apiece. Wyatt Yerger went 21-of-26 in faceoffs.

Highlights: Wilson (9-0, 13-3) was fueled by four goals and one assist from Carter Brensinger and a hat trick with three assists from Cohen Renninger. 

Spencer Thenga (assist) and Collin Woods scored twice while Seamus Breslin (six assists), Brady Rigdon (two assists), Lucas Geissler (assist), Cole Kauffman, Trey Marcinko and Jackson Wagner added a goal each. Luke Azzanesi tallied an assist and the net was minded by Zach Weitzel (three saves) and Jeff Saul (one save).

Gabe Segaline scored the lone goal for the Blazers (3-6, 6-9) and Antonio Rulli made 14 saves in net for Daniel Boone.

Highlights: Down 4-1 in the bottom of the third inning, a four-run burst lifted the Rams in PAC crossover action. Michael deHaan earned the win with six strikeouts and six hits allowed through six innings. Nicholas Flores (2-for-4, run, RBI) and Brian Korchok (2-for-3, two RBIs) led Spring-Ford at the plate.

Brendan Kenning and Dylan Simeone both made two hits for the Golden Panthers. AJ DiAdazzio and Blake High pitched three innings apiece and combined for four strikeouts.

Highlights: Dylan Donaghy (2-for-2, RBI, run), Tristan Dietrich (2-for-3, three RBIs, run) and Lucas Santise (2-for-3, three RBIs, run) all recorded multiple hits for the Wildcats in PAC crossover play. Zach Brockner earned the win on the mound, having struck out 13 with three hits allowed over 80 pitches.

Braden Rieg led the Indians at the plate, going 2-for-2 with two RBIs. Evan Sands and Isaac Bugman both scored Upper Perkiomen’s runs.

Highlights: Ben Kulp threw three hitless innings of relief to earn the win in extra innings for Wilson (6-4 Berks I, 10-6). Charlie Frantz had two RBIs and Christo Hunsicker went 3-for-5 with a double. Jordan Shutter and Evan Gabaldon both recorded a pair of hits.

Nicholas Gualtieri knocked a double and had two RBIs for the Blazers (4-6 Berks II, 10-7). Connor McGough hit a home run for Daniel Boone.

 

GIRLS LACROSSE

Pope John Paul II 10, Upper Perkiomen 9

Results

Highlights: Up a goal at halftime, the Golden Panthers outlasted the Indians behind a game-high five goals from Jill Cobaugh. Cate Mink and Maddie Memmo scored a pair of goals each while Sarah Mink added a goal with one assist. Ava Zepp tallied three assists for Pope John Paul II and McKayla Elison came up with 11 saves.

Upper Perkiomen was led by Mary Kate Sitko, who buried four goals with one assist, made six draw controls, scooped four ground balls and had two caused turnovers. Payton Bettys found the back of the net twice and had two draw controls. Abby Davidheiser, Abby Orsini and Mia Schneider all added a goal each. Maggie Milkowich tallied a pair of assists for the Indians.

Methacton 11, Spring-Ford 10

Results

Highlights: Megan Sanelli led the Warriors with four goals and one assist. Michelle Zhai scored a hat trick and Lily DeWan found the back of the net twice. Grada Catoria, Piper Evangelist both added a goal each. Emily Drake came up with 10 saves for Methacton.

Alexis Sowers scored a hat trick with three assists for the Rams. Hailey Mozi buried two goals, tallied two assists and made three draw controls. Lindsay (six draw controls), Morgan Evak (four draw controls), Eva Engro (assist), Madison Pierce and Kristina Cirino all added a goal each. Ilyana Jones registered 10 saves in net for Spring-Ford.

Upper Merion 16, Pottsgrove 3

Results

Highlights: Olivia Smith amassed six goals while Julianna Callison and Sam Walmsley scored hat tricks to fuel the Vikings in PAC Frontier action. Ashley Evitts (assist) found the back of the net twice while Brooke Olsen (assist) and Audrey Schuebel (assist) added a goal apiece. Riley Robinson tallied one assist and Anaya Onwubuariri made four saves in net for Upper Merion.

Christine Hires scored twice for the Falcons and Cecilia Burg added a goal. Lily Guerette registered eight saves for Pottsgrove.

Phoenixville 13, Pottstown 1

Results

Highlights: Jaime Michaud put up four goals and Erin Reedy scored a hat trick to lead the Phantoms in PAC Frontier play. Caroline Flick, Julia Grosso, Kira O’Donnell, Ava Slaton, Bridget Kelly and Audrey Burke all found the back of the net for Phoenixville.

Brynn McClune scored the lone goal for the Trojans. Daishawnia Dean recorded 18 saves in net to bring her season total to 202.
