Baseball
Methacton 11, LC 0: Kross Howarth earned the victory on the mound, striking out 8 and walking only one in four innings of work. Ben Clark hit a three-run home run for Methacton.

Hatboro-Horsham 10, CR North 3: The Hatters were victorius in their home opener on Wednesday. Trey Porter and Noah Schlosser reached base seven times and six runs with Porter doubling twice and Schlosser scoring threee runs. Winning pitcher Stephen Plefka allowed two runs in four innings, striking out three. Senior third baseman Kyle Dittus was 2-for-3 with two RBis and two stolen bases.

Perk Valley 2, Souderton 0: Chris McKenna went 2-for-3, while Jeremy Fallon, Ethan Warner and Joey Nase also recorded hit for the Indians. Austin Kreyenhagen faced 10 batters in 2.2 innings, striking out seven.

Softball
Plymouth Whitemarsh 11, Perk Valley 0: Winning pitcher Molly Moore went 3-for-3 with one RBI as the Colonials won in five innings on Wednesday. Moore also scattered two hits over five shutout innings with seven strikeouts. Sam Skivo added two hits and two RBIs for PW, while Marissa Perez added three RBIs.

Upper Dublin 10, Radnor 2: Kaitlyn Small was 3-for-4 with her first career solo home run for the Cardinals on Wednesday. Winning pitcher Kyle Garrison was 3-for-4, while Kaitlyn Zacharia was 2-for-4 with an RBI double. Also, Katelyn Gamburg had a two-run double, while Bella Fiore had two hits and a stolen base. Anna Levin added two hits, wihle Emeline had three stolen bases and three runs scored.

Boys tennis
Lansdale Catholic 3, Archbishop Carroll 2: Rob Hendel won a three-set thriller by scores of 2-6, 6-2, 6-3 as the Crusaders picked up a PCL win on the road. Pat Leah/Joe Kroiss and Jake Magarity/Callum Feite both kept LC alive with straight set victories.

Plymouth Whitemarsh 6, Quakertown 1: The Colonials swept the doubles matches en route to the SOL Liberty win on Wednesday. PW’s doubles did not drop a set led by a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 2 doubles from Eli Myerow and Noah Steele.

Girls lacrosse
Lower Merion 13, Upper Merion 9: Julianna Callison scored four goals and added one assist for the Vikings on Wednesday. Ashley Evitts added three goals for Upper Merion, while Olivia Smith added two goals. Sam Walmsley added two goals, while Anaya Onwubuariri finished with six saves. Avery Bickell scored six goals for Lower Merion.

Boys lacrosse
Pennridge 16, Quakertown 1: Ryan Carickhoff scored four goals and added one assist as the Rams won big on Wednesday after a 7-0 lead. Frank Fanelli added two goals and four assists, while Matt Kriney finished with three goals and two assists. Also scoring two goals for Pennridge were Drew Ferguson and Levin Souder. Tyler Vandermark added four saves and Calvin Mcguire finished with six.
