Players to watch: Jamie Hogan, Jr., SS: Kyli McKee, Jr., P/1B/CF; Megan Dempsey, Fr., P; Alexa Giacche, Fr., C.

Outlook: The Blues lost cleanup hitter Erin Dempsey to graduation but return McKee and Hogan to a program that continues to build. Meghan Dempsey will look to pair with McKee in the circle while Hogan will look to command the infield once again this season. “Each year, Hill softball takes strides to improving the program,” deLaurentis said. “This year we have young talent that is going to help take us to the next level. Taking a spring training trip to Myrtle Beach is giving us the ability to get the kinks out before the season actually begins. We have the talent to compete, we just have to put it together.”
