The Warriors defeated the Pioneers Monday in a District 1-6A first round game behind the two-hit, two-run, seven-strikeout, one-walk pitching effort of Paige Deal.
Methacton collected nine hits including four home runs, in the five-inning game. Sophomore Riley Kairer hit a solo home run and was 2 for 3 with two RBI. Jr Nicole Timko was also 2 for 3 with one RBI.
