Players to watch: Megan Stauffer, Sr., P; Aubrey Seal, So., P.
Outlook: The Warriors took a step back last season and this year must replace Amanda Kulp (St. Joseph’s) and Rachel Triantafilou. The good news? Pitching. Seal showed promise her freshman season and will complement Stauffer, who has an array of pitches that has made her successful throughout the last two years. Offensively, the Warriors missed the big bat of Sarah Rambo (.484 batting average, 23 RBIs and three home runs in 2014) last season, ranking sixth in the league in runs (106), but with seven out of nine starters returning, the bats should improve. “With 7 of 9 starters returning we look to improve on last years’ record,” Miller said. “Solid defense with some timely hitting should get us there.”
