Coach of the Year

Jack Graham, Spring-Ford

Graham, who just completed his third season as Spring-Ford’s boys and girls swim coach, led the boys team to its first ever PAC championship after a 10-0 record in dual meets during the regular season. The Rams won six of the 11 events they swam in at the league championship meet and sent and competed in four events (three relays, one individual) at the PIAA state championship to end the season, with Baganski finishing eighth and medaling in the 50 freestyle. Baganski credited Graham with getting the boys’ program to the next level.

“You can’t win a conference championship with only two or three top swimmers,” Baganski said. “You need a full team where you’re able to develop those secondary guys who can score those third through fifth place points. It really helped us get over the hump this year, with a whole team effort.”
