Upper Perkiomen advanced to the PAC Final Four for the second straight year, defeating Spring-Ford 2-0.  Sara Fisher opened the scoring on a breakaway goal in the 7th minute, set up by Sara Edwards.  Megan Cairns added an insurance goal on a well placed chip on a pass from Fisher for the second goal.  Defenders Lauren Powers, Elizabeth Proctor, Erin Edwards and Elyse Kreiner had strong showing for the Indians, with Ava Long contributing 5 saves in recording the team’s third consecutive shutout.  The Indians will play Perkiomen Valley, a 3-0 winner over Owen J Roberts, in the league final Thursday evening.
