Perkiomen School won the Tri-County League’s girls soccer championship Wednesday by shutting out Barrack Hebrew, 3-0.
Laura Choi got the Panthers rolling in the first half, taking a pass from Sasha Vassallo and hitting the nets at the 15:56 mark. Perkiomen then got another pair of insurance tallies in the second, Marina Fitzner scoring at the 42- and 76-minute marks.
Perkiomen outshot Barrack by a 23-4 margin, and goalkeeper Abbey Glavin made 14 saves.
The Panthers’ title-game victory ran their win streak to seven games. They’ve gone 6-0-1 after starting the year with four losses.
