Methacton picked a great night to record its first shutout of the season, nabbing a PAC Liberty victory over Owen J. Roberts courtesy Aubrey Beaugard’s goal late in the first half.

Beaugard’s shot from distance, assisted by Mia Chan, came with 3:11 left in the first half. Freshman goalkeeper Anna Qawasmy made 7 saves for her first varsity shutout for Methacton (4-8)

OJR goalkeeper Abigail Smith made five saves.
