Highlights: Upper Perk tallied three times in each half as they cruised to a 6-1 victory over Palisades in a non-league season opener. Sarah Fisher opened the scoring 25 seconds into the contest, knocking in the rebound of a shot from Sarah Straup. A dangerous cross from Sara Edwards resulted in a Palisades own goal for the second, while Edwards converted a penalty kick after Megan Cairns was taken down in the box for a 3-0 halftime lead. Erin Edwards opened the second half scoring, blasting in a pass on a corner kick from sister Sara. Fisher tallied six minutes later, again set up by Staup, while Sara Edwards tallied her second unassisted.
