Agnes Irwin used a combination of youth and experience to defeat non-conference foe George School, 2-1, in its season opener Sept. 11.  For the Owls, eighth grader Natalie Pansini and senior captain Kristin Burnetta scored. AIS goalie Kendall Shein made seven saves and Lydia Bartosh and Emily Fryer each added an assist.
