Radnor 14, Owen J. Roberts 8 >> A big second-half scoring difference was the story behind the Wildcats’ loss to Radnor in the District 1-6A playoffs’ fifth-place game.

Tied 7-7 through the first half, Radnor outscored Roberts 7-1 down the stretch to be the district’s fifth seed to the PIAA-6A playoffs. Eloise Gebert netted a hat trick to lead Owen J, which goes into states as District 1’s sixth seed.

Charlotte Lasak and Hannah Delahaye each scored pairs of goals for OJR, with Maddi Koury completing the scoring. Koury was also credited with three of Roberts’ four assists, Delahaye getting credit for the other one.
