Peddie School 12, Hill School 11 >> Bree Gorman and Makena Hanson scored four goals apiece as the Blues fell short against Peddie in both team’s MAPL opener.

Hanson added two assists while Gorman had one and Annie Carroll made 15 saves in goal as The Hill trailed 7-5 at the half. Janet Chen, Eileen Carmichael and Giavanna Tabarrini each added a goal in the loss. Lizza Schwien paced Peddie with seven goals while Jordan Baerga scored twice.
