Pope John Paul II 18, Pottstown 8 >> Monica Rapchinski’s monster day lifted the Golden Panthers past the Trojans in both team’s PAC-10 opener.

Rapchinski torched the Trojan defense with 10 goals and an assist to lead the way. Kylie Cherneskie added three goals while Abby McMenamin (four assists) and Reiley Cotter each scored twice. Grace Cobaugh had a goal and an assist while Rapchinski also added an assist in the win. Ebony Reddick paces Pottstown with four goals while Emily Iezzi found the net twice. Janna Jones and Mardaije Pearson each scored once.
