It’s been quite a week for Sydney Wasdick.
The Pottsgrove freshman netted four goals, including the game-winner with eight seconds left in overtime Tuesday for a 12-11 Pioneer Athletic Conference Frontier Division win over the Phoenixville girls lacrosse team.
Wasdick’s heroics came just six days after she scored the winner against Upper Merion with 0.2 seconds left in regulation.
Ava O’Neill and Sydney Tornetta scored two goals for Pottsgrove. Alyssa Petrucelli tallied three assists, and goalie Alaura O’Neill made 16 saves.
Ameerah Green scored four goals, and Maddie White and Ally Bonshock had hat tricks for the Phantoms. Mary Michaud rounded out the scoring, and Sydney Alling made eight saves.
