Reporter Girls Lacrosse Roundup: Souderton, Wissahickon roll to SOL American wins

Riley McGowan finished with five goals and three assists while Randi Hess scored five times as the Souderton girls lacrosse team cruised to its fourth straight victory, besting Quakertown 23-2 in their SOL American Conference contest Monday.

Caroline Kelly added three goals and an assist for the Indians (7-5, 3-2 conference), who led 13-2 at halftime. Lauren Hallman had three goals and an assist, Lauren Kenah scored twice while Lauren Scott made eight saves.

Wissahickon 16, Springfield-Montco 6 >> Kelly Dickson had four goals and five assists as Wissahickon went out to an 11-3 halftime lead in keeping its perfect SOL American record intact.

Sam Intrieri posted four goals and an assist  while Sophia Chiodo Ortiz had two goals an assist for the Trojans (9-1, 4-0). Brooke Berry, Abby Degroat and Emma Baker also chipped in two goals while Wiss goalkeeper Madeleine Murphy made seven saves.
