The Hill School received scoring contributions from 11 different players and played tight and opportunistic defense throughout as it downed Perkiomen School, 45-24, in a girls’ basketball game on Tuesday evening.
Senior forward Alexa Giacche scored the first eight points of the game as Hill raced to a 30-4 halftime advantage before the Panthers gained their footing in the second half. Giacche finished with 10 points, while seniors Amelia Sniffin, Olivia Matto and Qiana Vigo had six points apiece.
Hill improves its record to 10-8 on the season. The Blues will host Mercersburg Academy in a Mid-Atlantic Prep League tilt on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
