Pennridge goes for 4-0 when the Rams host rival Central Bucks South in a Suburban One League National Conference game Friday night.
Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
The Rams raised their unbeaten record to 3-0 last week with a commanding 42-0 shutout of Central Bucks East. The Titan offense was in high gear, as South defeated Pennsbury 49-35.
Pennridge has been a dominant force, outscoring its three opponents thus far 107-14, with back-to-back shutouts over Neshaminy and the Patriots.
“We’re locking down,” Ram lineman Jake Tarburton said after last week’s win. “It’s definitely a good feeling. We just had to get off the ball, keep moving, be as physical as we could be.”
Pennridge had five sacks in the contest, three by Tarburton.
“Our guys believe each other,” coach Cody Muller said. “They’re not trying to do too much, just do their jobs. The big thing for our guys is to start fast. I think our kids, so far this year, have done a great job of bringing the energy from the jump.”
The Ram defense will try to get after quarterback Carter Hallgren, who threw three touchdown passes last week for South.
