With three first-quarter goals, two by Maddie Friend, Spring-Ford took early control in a PAC Liberty win over Norristown on Sept. 27.

Friend’s goals were followed by Marissa Cagliola, Sydney Hudak, Erin Zimmerman and Morgan Evak for the Rams, who had 12 shots on goal. Nina Scott assisted on the opener and goalie Norah Kirsch had eight saves.
