It was Senior Day at The Hill School Saturday.

But for the field hockey team, a junior took the spotlight in its game with Mercersburg Academy.

Isabella Paide was key to the Blues’ 7-1 win over the Blue Storm. The underclassmen was dominant from the first whistle, scoring The Hill’s first four goals.

The Blues took a 4-1 lead into halftime, one they would never surrender. Taylor Duffany compiled two goals and four assists on the day, a team high for the season.

The Hill, the Mid-Atlantic Prep League’s defending champion, now sits atop the circuit with a 4-0 record.
