Episcopal rolls past Garnet Valley thanks to Zanolli

Corinne Zanolli scored two goals and added two assists as Episcopal Academy put on an offensive clinic in dissecting Garnet Valley, 6-0, Friday in a nonleague clash.

Margaux Paolino, Christie Palazzese, Lexi Fisher and Mackenzie Hahn also found the back of the cage for the Churchmen, while goalie Rachel Farmer did not register a save in the shutout.

On the other end of the field, Hailey Valerio was outstanding between the pipes, stopping 26 shots, while Melissa Rheinstadter (three stops) and her mates came up with six defensive saves for the Jaguars (5-9).

In other nonleague matches:

Archbishop Carroll 6, Radnor 4: Sam Swart directed the Patriots’ attack with one goal and four assists, Grace Midgley scored twice and Alyssa Lemons chipped in a goal and an assist while Kerri Mountz backstopped the win with 19 saves.

Lexi Kenneally had a hat trick and Lydia Sydnor added a goal and an assist for the Raiders.

Interboro 6, Franklin Towne Charter 0: Annette Helmandollar’s hat trick coupled with Kinjal Patel’s two assists were more than enough to send the Bucs to the easy win.
