Monaghan’s three tallies power Bonner-Prendergast
Two-time All-Delco basketball player Alyssa Monaghan netted a hat trick and dished out two assists, while Riley Doan added four helpers and one goal for Bonner-Prendergast in a 9-0 victory over Little Flower.
Sierra Stretch (one assist) and Jess Campbell both tallied twice for the Pandas (1-0) in their season debut. Maggie Baldini (zero saves) hardly broke a sweat manning the cage and Mary Anne Young tossed in three assists.

Cardinal O’Hara 10, Little Flower 0: Makayla Gallen recorded three goals and two assists, Jess Randazzo scored a hat trick and Hannah Nihill finished with two goals for the Lions (2-0, 1-0).
Archbishop Carroll 8, Archbishop Ryan 0: Four Patriots registered four goals on the afternoon: Gracie McClatchy, Gabby Sutter, Jordyn Crossan and Grace Midgley. Sam Swart was a distributing machine and recorded four assists.
In nonleague games:
Villa Joseph Marie 7, Academy Park 1: Emily DeLuca accounted for the only tally and goalie Veronica Bauman stopped 12 shots for the Knights (0-2).
Villa Maria 4, Notre Dame 1: Notre Dame’s Kelly Neill converted a pass from Ava Leonhardt in the first half. Gabby Carlini made eight saves in the loss.
