Daniel Boone 4, Owen J. Roberts 3 >> Matt Glady netted a hat trick to help the Blazers build an early lead that weathered the Wildcats’ comeback run and secured victory in a non-league game between the neighboring districts.

Glady staked Boone to an early lead by scoring twice in a 15-minute span, then followed Jamie Burns’ unassisted tally at the 35-minute mark of the first half with his third score 12 minutes into the second half. It proved the game-winner, Roberts closing the gap with goals from Taurean Lee and Brandon Ott (one assist) down the stretch.

Austin Koury put the Wildcats on the board with a goal 33 minutes into the first half. Ayoub Mouhou was credited with assists on Glady’s first two goals, and Pugh had the assist on Lee’s score.
