Boyertown 3, Perkiomen Valley 1 >> Alex Kidwell struck for a pair of goals in a five-minute stretch of the first half to lead the Bears over the Vikings in PAC-10 play.

Kidwell’s opener came courtesy of a Jimmy Towers’ assist before the Bears grabbed a 3-0 lead when Adam Gilbert assisted Kyle Sheahan’s score in the 55th minute. PV pulled one back through Jakob Fischer, assisted by Michael Weir, to avoid the shutout.

PV keeper Andrew Daubenspeck recorded 10 saves while Boyertown’s Fred Agliano made 5 saves.
