Souderton 42, Central Bucks West 35 >> Jay Bonnet scored 15 points as the Indians picked up the SOL Colonial win on Tuesday. Aleks Smith added 10 points for Souderton, while Shaun Purvy chipped in with seven.
Central Bucks East 67, North Penn 60 >> Norman Gee scored 18 points for NP, but the Knights came up a little short on Tuesday in a SOL Colonial matchup. Joe Larkins added 14 for the Knights, which were outscored 21-18 in a tight fourth quarter.
Upper Dublin 44, Hatboro-Horsham 26 >> The Cardinals were led by junior Colin O’Sullivan with 19 points during Tuesday’s win. Noah Schlosser led the Hatters with 11 points. Seaton Kukla added 11 points for Upper Dublin (5-2). The Cards clamped down in the second half, outscoring the Hatters 23-7.
Central Bucks South 62, Pennridge 59 >> The Rams lost a heartbreaker on Tuesday night in SOL Colonial action when South’s Joe Rooney hit a game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer. The Rams (2-7. 0-5) hung tough in this one behind 18-point nights from both Matt Campione and Justin McCormick, who finished with four 3-pointers.
Dock 72, MaST Charter 43 >> Balanced scoring was a plus as Dock featured three players in double figures. Nathan Lapp led the way with 27 points, Hoyt Bultje added 14 and Tomir Johnson had 12.
Methacton 73, Upper Merion 48 >> Methacton improved to 7-0 with a 73-48 PAC crossover win over Upper Merion on Tuesday night. Cole Hargrove and Matt Christian led the way with 14 points each, Brett Byrne 13 added points.
Girls Basketball
Plymouth Whitemarsh 52, Upper Dublin 21 >> Abby Sharpe rebounded from first-half trouble to score 13 of her 15 game-high second points in the second half as the Colonials used a 30-12 run to close out the game, including 15-0 in the fourth quarter.
All five PW players contributed in the win. Lainey Allen had 11 points, 12 rebounds, six blocks and four steals. Erin Daley added nine points and 11 rebounds, Kaitlyn Flanagan added 10 points and 5 rebounds, while Jordyn Thomas had eight points and seven rebounds.
Amy Ngo led Upper Dublin with 10 points. The two teams will meet again on Thursday night at Upper Dublin.
