Dock 59, Calvary Christian 42 >> The Pioneers finished the BAL season undefeated at 14-0 with the win on Saturday. This marks the first time in school history Dock has gone undefeated in leauge play. Tomir Johnson had a career high with 28 points to pace Dock, including seven 3-pointers, while Nathan Lapp added 11. Dock finishes the regular season with a record of 19-3.
Wilson 60, Methacton 56 >> The Warriors went 0-for-7 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter and lost in OT on Saturday. Matt Christian paced the Warriors (19-2) with 19 points and Brett Byrne added 14.
Girls basketball
Methacton 51, Wilson 39 >> The Warriors led by just two entering the fourth quarter, but closed the game with a 19-9 run to pick up the nonconference win. Nicole Timko led the way with 23 points, while Tori Bockrath added 11 for Methacton (18-2, 12-1). Isis Dojan scored 19 points for Wilson.
Souderton 58, Reading 42 >> A 17-4 second-quarter spurt sent the Indians on their way to the nonconference win on Saturday. Casey Harter put on a show at Reading with 25 points, 4 assists and 5 rebounds. Teya McConnaha chipped in with 10 points and 6 rebounds for Souderton (18-2).
LC 70, Neumann-Goretti 61 >> Gabby Casey was at it again, this time scoring 40 points in a dominating performance on Saturday. Casey’s 40 was the most points scored by an LC player since the Crusaders joined the PCL in 2008. Sanyiah Littlejohn added 11 points and Olivia Boccella scored 9 for LC (14-4, 7-1).
