Fisher is the hero late as Sun Valley rallies to win
A 10-point deficit after one quarter left Sun Valley undaunted Tuesday.
Billy Fisher hit a 3-pointer with 11 seconds left as the Vanguards came from behind to top Kennett, 41-40.
Fisher (12 points) and Dom Valente (14 points) hit three 3-pointers each. Nick Giannakopoulos added eight points for Sun Valley.
In the Central League:
Haverford 38, Conestoga 36 >> Sean Reynolds’ only points of the game were a tip-in at the buzzer as the Fords (10-8, 6-7) scored a thrilling win on the road.
John Seidman led the way with 11 points. Nick Colucci scored a season-high 10, and Hunter Kraiza added eight.
Strath Haven 55, Marple Newtown 46 >> Matt Shuler scored 19 points, and Luke Edwards added six of his 11 in the fourth quarter as the Panthers (12-6, 7-6) won for a third straight outing.
Eric McKee led Marple Newtown with 16 points. Mike Tansey added 12 and Ben Davis chipped in 10 for the Tigers, who hit nine 3-pointers.
Penncrest 80, Radnor 58 >> Saahir Lee scored a career-best 24 points, including 8-for-8 at the line, and Aidan Carroll added 20 points for the Lions. Marquis Tomlin added 13 of his 17 as the Lions (15-4, 9-4) tallied 32 points in the fourth quarter.
Jack D’Entremont was 4-for-4 from 3-point range in a 22-point outing. Lew Robinson added 11 points.
Harriton 55, Springfield 42 >> Mike Hoey led the way with 11 points, and Nasir Cryor and Cole Rhodes added eight points each for the Cougars.
Garnet Valley 83, Ridley 48 >> Carl Schaller led the way with 25 points as 10 Jaguars scored and GV hit 12 3-pointers. Neel Beniwal added 13 points, and Valantis Apostolopoulos and Gannon McKee added 10 points each for GV (17-1, 12-1 Central).
Malachi Williams scored 16 points for Ridley.

Christopher Dock 68, Dock Mennonite 45 >> Jordan Mitchell scored 14 points and Obinna Nwobodo added 11, but the Knights (12-6, 9-3) trailed by 11 after one quarter and never recovered.
Christian Academy 72, Jenkintown 48 >> Grant Sareyka had an all-around career night: 29 points, nine rebounds, eight assists, six steals. Sam Gaethers added 13 points, and Jourdan Green supplied 13 points, eight rebounds and three assists for the Crusaders (15-3, 12-0), who have won six straight.
In the Inter-Ac:
Haverford School 53, Penn Charter 51 >> Scott Burke came off the bench to hit five 3-pointers and scored 18 points (after scoring only four all season up to this point) to lead the Fords.
Bernie Rogers scored 13 points, and MK Atkins added nine for Haverford.
Springside Chestnut Hill 58, Episcopal Academy 46 >> Alex Capitano scored 21 points, but he was the only Churchmen in double figures in the setback.
