Fullerton singled in the third inning and doubled in the fourth inning, when UP scored six times to pull out of a 1-1 tie with Roberts. Brian Pijanowski had three RBI for the winners.
Kacey Myers got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed four runs over 4 2/3 innings, striking out two, walking none and yielding seven hits.
Nate Tomlin was the game’s losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked none and struck out two.
