Leary threw six innings of three-hit ball, allowing zero earned runs to go with two walks and three strikeouts. Aiden Hagner closed it out in a one-hit seventh inning.
Brett Murphy’s two-run single punctuated Norristown’s three-run sixth inning that sealed the win. Justin Fryer, Asher Guarino and John Salamone also had a hit and RBI for the Eagles (1-0).
Patrick McNeill and Randy Wynings had two hits each for the Bears.
