Highlights: The Vikings shelled out 11 runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to run away with a five-inning win over Twin Valley. Twin Valley responded with four runs in the top of the fifth before Perkiomen Valley matched that in the bottom half, sealing the 10-run mercy rule. Chris Gorla went 4-for-4 with five RBIs and a pair of runs while Drew Kenworthy was 3-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs. Michael Poruban (2-for-2) drove in three runs and plated three himself. Altogether, Perkiomen Valley recorded 15 hits to Twin Valley’s nine.
