Pottstown 9, Norristown 3 >> The Trojans exploded for eight first-half goals and earned just their second Pioneer Athletic Conference victory in 10 years.

Aniya Hoskins, Calista Daye and Bryonna Chimbinja each had two goals and an assist while Yasmin Paez had a goal and three assists for Pottstown, which was coming off a 2-2 PAC draw with Upper Merion on Thursday. Pottstown got its first PAC win last season in a 4-0 win over the Eagles.

Other scorers for the Trojans were Kaleigh Martin and Brooklyn Colegrove. Goalie Emme Wolfel made six saves.

For Norristown, Emily Schools had two goals and Ashley Schools rounded out the scoring.
