After taking over spot in late December, Conroy finished with a 32-9 record, placing second at prep states and third at national preps.
114- Lukas Littleton Mascaro, Malvern Prep, Fr.
Became starter in January, resulting in prep states and national prep championships, finishing with a 33-5 record.
121- Tommy Link, Malvern Prep, Sr.
With a third-place finish at national preps, Link became a four-time prep All-American. Went 37-9 and also placed second at prep states.
127- Nik O’Neill, Malvern Prep, Jr.
Won his second straight prep state title before finishing runner-up at prep nationals. O’Neill went 37-4.
133- Carmen Cortese, West Chester Henderson, Sr.
Went 39-4 on his way to his second straight sectional title and third straight trip to states. Placed second at regionals.
139- Spencer Barnhart, Malvern Prep, Sr.
Reached his third straight national prep final, finishing second, after claiming first prep state title. Went 38-9.
145- SP O’Donnell, Malvern Prep, Sr.
The Duke recruit went 29-13, placing second at prep states and seventh at prep nationals to make him a two-time All-American.

Had a breakout season of sorts, making Escape the Rock finals and taking first at prep states and fifth at prep nationals, going 33-11.
160- Reed Fullmer, Malvern Prep, Sr.
A University of Pennsylvania commit, Fullmer finished 37-10, taking second at prep states and national preps.
165- Brian Chamberlain, Malvern Prep, Fr.
Another midseason addition to the starting lineup, Chamberlain went 28-7 and earned a state prep title.

Became the Pioneers’ first Southeast Regional champ since 2009 before suffering an injury in blood round of states. Went 39-3.

Finished top-four at Powerade and Escape the Rock before placing second at prep states and fifth at national preps. Went 37-12.
215- John Pardo, Kennett, Jr.
The highest PIAA placer from the Ches-Mont, Pardo won his sectional and took third at regionals and states, going 41-5.
285- Bailey Shindle, Kennett, Sr.
Gave Kennett two state medalists in the same year for first time ever, taking eighth after a third at regionals. Went 36-10.

It was a historic postseason for Kennett wrestling, one that will be hard to upstage any time soon.
The Blue Demons took second at the District 1-3A West Sectional, following that up with a third-place finish at the Class 3A Southeast Regional before winding up 23rd out of 112 teams at the PIAA Championships. All were program-highs.
When Kevin Reigel took over at Kennett in 2017, his squad finished winless in the Ches-Mont American Division and 1-9 overall. Six years later, all eight of his entrants qualified for regionals, and six — Zack Jaffe (fifth at 121), Blake Boyer (second, 127), Kane Lengel (third, 133), Josh Barlow (third, 160), John Pardo (third, 215) and Bailey Shindle (third, 285) — advanced to states, breaking the program record set the season prior, of four.
Pardo went on to take third in the state, while Shindle’s win the blood round gave Kennett two state medalists in the same season for the firs time ever.
Kennett had an up and down dual season, going 8-4 overall and 4-1 in the American Division, finishing behind Sun Valley. The loss of returning regional sixth-place finisher Josh Kochersperger due to injury prior to the season was felt.
To Reigel’s credit, the Blue Demons loaded up on individual tournaments. They started the season with a second-place finish at the Solanco Mule Classic, and took 11th in their debut at the Bethlehem Holiday Wrestling Classic. A fifth-place finish at a challenging Coal Cracker Invitational in late January proved to be the right tune-up a month before the individual postseason.
Five starters graduate from Kennett, but four of its state qualifiers, including Pardo, will return.
