Victor Quintiliana, Interboro: A broken arm knocked Quintiliana out of the District 1 Class 3A South Section tournament as a freshman. He more than made up for it in his sophomore season to earn All-Delco honors for the first time in his career. Quintiliana dropped to 106 pounds and went 26-13 to win the District 1 Class 3A South title and lead the Bucs to their first district title in program history. He was second at the Wetzel Classic, fourth at Carlisle and at the Vanguard Invitational.

Keito Shaw, Upper Darby: Two varsity seasons, 72 wins, two trips to the PIAA Class 3A championships and two appearances on the All-Delco team. Shaw followed up an outstanding junior season by going 34-8 as a senior at 113 pounds. Along the way he won the Vanguard Invitational, his second straight Central League title, first District 1 Class 3A South championship, then placed fifth as the Southeast Regional. Shaw won one PIAA match before being eliminated from medal contention.
Kevin Puliti, Garnet Valley: Joined his brother, Nick, in the 100-win club while leading the Jaguars to a share of the Central League regular-season title, a fourth-place finish in the District 1 Class 3A dual meet tournament and at the PIAA dual-meet tourney in which Garnet Valley became the first Delco team to win a match. Closed his senior season with a 36-14 record at 120 pounds and a 115-46 mark in his career. Puliti took third at the District 1 Class 3A West section and fourth at the Southeast Regional to advance to the PIAA Class 3A individual tournament.
Griffin Hollingsworth, Garnet Valley: A versatile athlete who wrestled at three weight classes before settling in at 126 pounds for the Central League co-champion Jaguars. Hollingsworth followed up a stellar sophomore season with a better junior year, going 37-13 to earn All-Delco honors for the second year in a row, reaching the PIAA Class 3A individual tournament for the first time in his career. He finished third at the Bethlehem Holiday Classic and the District 1 Class 3A West section championships, and fifth at the PIAA Class 3A Southeast Regional to reach the state individual tournament.

Chase Barlow, Strath Haven: He put up some impressive numbers in his two seasons with the Panthers. The sophomore has compiled a 67-19 career record, won two Central League and District 1 Class 3A South titles and qualified for the PIAA Class 3A championships twice. A two-time All-Delco, Barlow began the season at 145 pounds before working his way down to 132, where he placed fourth at the Southeast Regional. He did not lose a match from Jan. 29 to Feb. 29, a stretch of 16 straight victories, and finished the season with a 30-8 record, 17 wins by fall.

Daniel Kearney, Sun Valley: Most wrestlers move down a weight class for the postseason. Kearney, a sophomore, moved up from 132 to 138 pounds and nearly won a section title. He finished second at 138 pounds in the District 1 Class 3A West tournament to qualify for the Southeast Regional tournament. Kearney went 25-10 and took second at the Vanguard Invitational and the Falcon Invitational at Cedar Crest, and third at the Battle of the Bridge. Kearney helped the Vanguards go 15-1 overall and win the Ches-Mont League American Division title.
Dylan Lajudice, Interboro: A steady presence in the middle of the lineup for the Del Val League and District 1 Class 3A South Section champion Bucs. The junior finished fifth at the Wetzel Classic, fifth at Carlisle and fourth at the Vanguard Invitational before winning the District 1 South crown at 145 pounds to advance to the Southeast Regional for the second year in a row. He went 28-13 to improve his career record to 70-39.
Domenic D’Agostino, Interboro: Injuries prevented the 152-pounder from wrestling until January, but it did not limit his success. The sophomore won his first 10 matches to finish 21-6 to become the first Buc to reach the PIAA Class 3A championships since Eric Thomas in 2015. Finished first at the Vanguard Invitational, led Interboro past C.B. East, 52-31, for its first District Duals victory in program history and avenged a loss to Harriton’s Robrerto Lesser in the 2019 District 1 Class 3A South Section championships to claim his first district title. He placed fifth at the Southeast Regional championships.

Desmon Perry, Garnet Valley: A two-time regional qualifier, Perry gave Garnet Valley flexibility at 160 and 170 pounds. The junior came up with two big wins in the District 1 Duals and two more at the PIAA Duals. Perry went 4-0 at the District 1 Class 3A West tournament with three wins by fall to claim the 160-pound title. He finished the season with a 26-17 record to help the Jags claim a share of the Central League title.
Shane McAdams, Haverford: The two-time All-Delco turned in another spectacular season as a senior. He had the fourth-best winning percentage (35-6, .854) and the sixth-most wins in the county. McAdams won the Howdy Duncan, Church Farm and Vanguard Invitational titles at 170 pounds, and finished second at the Wetzel Classic. He carried that success into the postseason where he won his second straight Central League crown, his first District 1 Class 3A South Section championship and finished fifth at the Southeast Regional to qualify for the PIAA championships for the first time in his career. Finished with 101 career victories.
Gabe Federico, Strath Haven: The junior was part of a solid group of underclassmen that helped the Panthers go undefeated in the Central League, win a share of the league title and qualify for a spot in the District 1 Class 3A dual-meet tournament. Federico took third in the Central League championships at 170 pounds and then moved up to 182 where he won the District 1 Class 3A South title and finished fifth at regionals to earn his first trip to Hershey for states. Federico closed out the season with a 34-13 record.

Ryan Catka, Sun Valley: A knee injury which required surgery limited the younger of the Catka brothers to two matches as a sophomore. He bounced back with a vengeance as a junior with a third-place finish at 195 pounds at the PIAA Class 3A championships. He and his older brother Hunter, the 285-pound state champ, were the only PIAA medal winners from Delaware County. Ryan Catka had the second-best winning percentage (40-3, .930) and the third most wins in the county. He put together a 23-match winning streak to win the District 1 West and Southeast Regional titles. His only loss after the new year came in the third round of the state tournament.
Bill Brosko, Haverford School: A transfer from Marple Newtown, where he made the PIAA Class 3A championships as a freshman, Brosko compiled an impressive record of 49-7 with 25 wins by fall to earn All-Delco honors for the second year in a row. Led the county in victories, was second in wins by fall and third in winning percentage (.875). He finished fifth at National Preps at 220 pounds, third at the Pennsylvania Independent Schools tournament and the Ralph Wetzel Classic, and went 3-2 at the Beast of the East.
Julien Laventure, Upper Darby: The sophomore 285-pounder is a first-time All-Delco selection. He did not lose a match against Central League competition, went 12-0 against league foes and 31-12 overall in his first season as a varsity wrestler. He took second at the Vanguard Invitational, won the Central League tournament championship, finished second at the District 1 Class 3A South Section tournament and fourth at the Southeast Regional to earn his first trip to the PIAA Class 3A championships, where he dropped a pair of one-point decisions.
