Why did you choose this school?  “I chose The University of the Sciences because it truly is the best fit for me. I have always had a passion for science and an expectation of entering the healthcare field. The University of the Sciences will allow me to carry on my softball career, and allow me to enter a highly regarded academic facility to earn a P.A. degree.”

Expectations for the upcoming season:“I am very optimistic about the upcoming season. I believe we have a team full of girls that truly have their hearts in the game. The addition of the new Methacton High School softball fields adds a special element of excitement for the coming season. As challenging as last year was, I know that the team, and myself, are looking forward to getting back on the field and playing Methacton softball.”

Reflections on high school career: “My whole high school softball career has been full of moments I will never forget. I came on to the team freshman year and met some of my closest friends. We’ve had our ups and downs, but as a team, I feel that we constantly learn and improve. My sophomore year, we won the PAC-10 Championship, and I still remember everyone dropping their gloves and running to the pitcher’s mound for a spontaneous celebration. Out of season, a lot of us play against each other; it was such an amazing feeling being on the same team and achieving the title.”

Other comments: “Thank you to all my coaches who constantly help me improve my game all year round and to all my teammates who always have my back. Thank you so much to my parents. I know that all of my achievements could not have been possible without their love and support.”
