Presenting 2015-16 All-Main Line boys swimming teams

The Main Line high school swimming scene during the past winter featured some strong squads. In the InterAc, Malvern Prep captured its fourth consecutive InterAc title (going undefeated in the league) and placed third at Easterns; Haverford School finished second at Easterns for the second consecutive year; and Episcopal Academy placed fourth at Easterns. In the Central League, the two dominant teams were Radnor (fifth place at the PIAA District One Championships) and Conestoga (fourth at Districts); while Haverford (10-3, third in Central) and Lower Merion also were strong. Friends’ Central captured its 13th consecutive Friends’ Schools League championship.
The All-Main Line high school boys’ swimming teams are selected by the coaches. Because Main Line Media News covers 19 high schools, the Main Line Media News sports staff limits the number of sports available to first team, second team and honorable mention – but follows the priority of the coaches’ selections.
