Two Villa Maria senior athletes will continue their soccer careers in college next year. Jules Bradbury, of Norristown, will play for James Madison University, while Beth Eversman, of Downingtown, will play for Loyola in Maryland. Both girls celebrated their decision with a ceremony at Villa surrounded by family, friends, classmates and teachers.
Bradbury, a midfielder and co-captain, was an AACA first team selection and runner-up in the league’s voting for Most Valuable Player as a senior. She scored 11 goals in 20 games and dished out 13 assists.
Beth Eversman, a defender and co-captain, was a AACA first team selection as a senior. She was selected the Hurricanes’ Defensive MVP last season.
