Bell Mastropietro netted a team-high 12 points in a 64-29 rout of Upper Darby in a Central League game Tuesday
Maggie O’Connell (five assists) and Amanda Hopkins each added 11 for the Cougars (9-3), who held a 26-2 lead after the opening quarter.
Emma Blewett scored 12 points for the Royals.
Haverford 53, Strath Haven 34 >> Amanda Battista powered the Fords with 19 points and Ashley Murphy (17 points) made five 3-pointers. Katie Fisher scored 18 points for Haven.
Conestoga 48, Marple Newtown 30 >> The Tigers were outscored by the visiting Pioneers, 23-6, in the third quarter. Maria Koblish paced ’Stoga with 18 points.
Garnet Valley 44, Penncrest 28 >> Maddie Ireland poured in 17 points to lead the Jaguars. Brianne Borcky added 10.
Katie Russo finished with 14 points for the Lions.
In the Del Val League:
Interboro 53, Chichester 33 >> Gina McNamee (eight points) and Amber Huddell (six) spurred a 24-6 first-quarter run by the Bucs (6-7). Amber Seaman led with nine points.
Lauren Carrafa paced the Eagles with 16 points.
Penn Wood 49, Academy Park 44 >> Gabrielle Hairston drained four 3-pointers and Carle Andrews netted a game-high 18 points for the Patriots.
Maya Woodton had 14 points and Trea-sure Ketter added 10 points, eight rebounds and two blocks for AP.
In the Catholic League:
Bonner-Prendergast 62, Little Flower 22 >> Jaelyn Durrett was 4-for-5 from 3-point distance en route to a team-high 15 points for the Pandas. Nyah Garrison dumped in 12 points.
Cardinal O’Hara 65, Conwell-Egans 18 >> Emily Helms and Maura Hendrixson each scored nine points on three 3-pointers apiece. The Lions hit 12 shots from beyond the arc. Mary Sheehan added nine points and five rebounds for unbeaten O’Hara (11-0).
Archbishop Carroll 64, West Catholic 38 >> Amber Germer scored a game-high 11 points for the Patriots.
In the Inter-Ac League:
Episcopal Academy 40, Baldwin 24 >> The Churchwomen (6-5, 1-3) were buoyed by the efforts of Lily Kuntz (13 points) and Seanna McNamara (12). Elodie Furey (16 rebounds) dominated the boards for Episcopal, which led at halftime, 22-8.
Notre Dame 53, Springside Chestnut Hill 31 >> Kristen Rogers totaled 16 points and eight rebounds for the Irish (11-1, 5-0), while Katie Mayock (nine points, 13 rebounds) was a point shy of a double-double.
In the Ches-Mont League:
Oxford 49, Sun Valley 47 >> Kate Lannon put her team ahead by one with a minute to go, but the Vanguards (6-8, 2-4) couldn’t hold on. Lannon finished with 28 points and 16 rebounds.
