Myers’ career-low helps Ridley down Springfield

Greg Myers carded a career-best 36 to lead the Green Raiders to a 223-234 victory over Springfield at Rolling Green Golf Club.

Myers birdied the par-4 seventh to shoot a 36, good enough for even. Eric Margo shot a 44 to help the cause, including a birdie of the third hole.

Justin Monaghan (47), Chris Durning (48) and John Dougherty (48) aided Ridley. Josh Luchon shot a 38 to front Springfield.

In Catholic League action:

Archbishop Carroll 237, Father Judge 274 >> Harry Lownes shot a two-over 36, which helped the Patriots earn the victory at John F. Byrne.

James Kelly and Brendan George had 38’s, while Dan DiRita and Chris Clerkin had 41’s. Carroll (8-5) clinched a playoff spot in the process.
