Chichester completes perfect run through Del Val

The Chichester tennis team bounced back after a loss at first singles to defeat Academy Park for the third time this season, 4-1, Monday.

Adrian Reimers and John Coleman were triumphant at second and third singles for the Eagles (13-2, 12-0), who completed an undefeated run in the Del Val League.

AP’s Duwaine Jenkins defeated John Reimers in the top-flight match, 6-1, 6-3. In doubles action, Kevin Leonard and Andrew Ung sealed the win for Chi with a 7-5, 6-0 decision.

In the Inter-Ac League:

Haverford School 7, Episcopal Academy 0: Zach Lieb and Ben Lieb, the reigning Daily Times Co-Players of the Year, cruised in singles competition for the Churchmen. Josh Walk was victorious in the No. 3 singles match.
