Glenn, Walker combine to lift OJR; Perk Valley all over Pottstown

Owen J. Roberts 11, Phoenixville 3 >> Camryn Glenn went 3-for-5 with two RBI and three runs scored while Casey Walker added four hits, three runs and an additional two RBIs as the Wildcats used a five-run seventh to put the game away in a win over the Phantoms.

Darby Stuart went 2-for-5 with two RBI in the win, which saw Brittney Dellaquila go all seven innings while allowing six hits and three runs (zero earned) with five strikeouts.

Jess Eldridge pitched effectively but a Phantom defense that had nine errors was the team’s downfall. Eldridge allowed 11 runs, only one of those earned, while striking out four. Six different players had hits in the loss.

Perkiomen Valley 15, Pottstown 0 >> Kasey Souder got the pitching win while Taylor Hamm led the offense in the Vikings’ romp over the Trojans.

Souder threw one inning of one-hit softball while Hamm drove in two of PV’s runs. Kat Kincade had Pottstown’s lone hit.
