This past winter, the Main Line high school girls’ basketball scene featured a number of strong teams, including Academy of Notre Dame (23-6, Inter-Ac tri-champions), Archbishop Carroll (18-10), Conestoga (25-5), Friends’ Central (26-7, PAISAA tourney finalist), Haverford High (25-5, first place Central League), Radnor (19-7), District 1 champion Sacred Heart (16-9) and Villa Maria Academy (18-10, District 1 5A finalist).
