DLN Roundup: Kraft’s defense lifts Rustin past Unionville
Freshman Jenna Kraft made two diving catches in centerfield to preserves West Chester Rustin’s 3-2 Ches-Mont League American Division softball victory over Unionville on Wednesday.
Kraft also singled in the go-ahead run in the sixth inning for the Golden Knights.
Emily Gillis pitched a complete game with six strikeouts. Kelly Fricker singled and doubled.
Madison Parisi tossed a complete game and was 2-for-3 with a home run for the Longhorns, who also received a triple from Grace Levendis.

McKenna Frank had three hits, including a home run, and a RBI. Natalia Donofrio, Emily Basilio and Grace Allen drove in three runs each. Emily Yost drove in both runs for the Patriots.
