Pennridge 43, Central Bucks East 37 >> Katie Yoder scored 15 points as Pennridge used a strong second half to knock off visiting Central Bucks East in the Suburban One League Colonial Division opener for both teams Tuesday night.
Emma Pyne had 10 points while Ryan Hodder chipped in nine points for the Rams (3-0, 1-0), who trailed 12-9 at halftime but outscored the Patriots (1-2, 0-1) 19-14 in the third for a 28-26 lead then edged East 15-11 in the fourth.
Souderton 55, Central Bucks South 23 >> Casey Harter collected a game-high 15 points, six assists and five rebounds as Souderton started SOL Colonial play by rolling past visiting Central Bucks South.
Teya McConnaha made a trio of 3-pointers in scoring 14 points and also had nine rebounds and a pair of blocks for the Indians (2-1, 1-0). Erin Bohmueller added 11 points.
Alyssa D’Orazio paced CB South (2-1, 0-1) with seven points.
Plymouth Whitemarsh 55, Quakertown 25 >> Abby Sharpe had 17 points, five rebounds and three assists as Plymouth Whitemarsh jumped out to a 19-5 lead after a quarter, extended the margin to 39-13 at halftime and rolled to a SOL Liberty win in its season opener.
Kaitlyn Flanagan finished with 11 points, six assists and three steals for the Colonials (1-0, 1-0 division) while Jordyn Thomas recorded 12 points and six steals.
Lainey Allen added eight points, six steals, six rebounds and four blocks, Erin Daley had five points, three steals, three assists and two rebounds while Fiona Gooneratne came off the bench and collected two points, three steals, two rebounds and two assists.
Carolyn Sipprell scored 10 points for Quakertown (1-2, 0-1).

Samantha Wade had 12 points while Kendall Bennett collected 10 points for GA (2-3, 0-1 league), which led 29-28 at halftime.
Aleah Snead and Maddie Shoup added 14 and 12 points, respectively, for Penn Charter (3-1, 1-0).
