Reporter Boys Soccer Roundup: Fernandez’s hat trick power Lansdale Catholic past Cardinal O’Hara

Eric Fernandez scored twice in the first half then added a goal after halftime to complete his hat trick as the Lansdale Catholic boys soccer team shut out Cardinal O’Hara 6-0 for a Philadelphia Catholic League victory Wednesday.

Mike Niemann, Jimmy Alff and Tom Cusumano each added a goal for the Crusaders, who led 3-0 after the opening 40 minutes. LC goalkeeper Kellan Ward recorded his fourth shutout in six games.
