Charkaborty works overtime to get Haverford School a win

Nikhil Chakraborty used a third-set tiebreak to get by Penn Charter’s Liam Birnie at first singles and lead the Fords to a 5-2 win. Chakraborty prevailed, 4-6, 6-1, 10-6.

Jeff Bozzi and Aditya Saresai needed a first-set tiebreak at second doubles to notch the point. John Herman and Nick Chimicles at third doubles, and Ethan Brodie and Alex Sun at fourth prevailed. The Fords’ two losses came in super tiebreaks.
