Arbogast, Brown homer as Penncrest blanks Upper Darby
Kellen Davis pitched a two-hit shutout and Matt Arbogast and Joey Brown each clocked home runs Monday to lead Penncrest to a 10-0 Central League win over Upper Darby in five innings.
Kevin Mills was 1-for-2 with two runs scored, a walk and an RBI for the Lions. Aidan Conmy added a run-scoring two-bagger, while Arbgast and Jack Pendleton each scored two runs in the winning effort.
Max Peters and Pat McCloskey both singled off Davis, who struck out four and issued two walks.

Pittsford Sutherland 11, Radnor 7 >> Radnor catcher George Hoysgaard stayed hot in Myrtle Beach. The senior blasted his third home run in four games and finished 3-for-3 on the day. Seamus Kennedy collected three hits and Nick Scheri belted an inside-the-park solo homer for the Raiders (5-5).
Radnor coach Mark Jordan was honored at the Delaware County Athletes Hall of Fame dinner Sunday night. Jordan and assistant coach Jim Balk flew down Monday morning and joined the team in time for first pitch.
