Episcopal Academy downs Baldwin in slugfest
Episcopal Academy put eight runs on the board on the bottom of the seventh inning to outlast Baldwin in Inter-Ac League softball Tuesday, 16-13.
Reilly Wright had two hits, including a double, to go with two RBIs and two runs scored. Ariana Feliziani was 3-for-4 with four run scored and one RBI.

Notre Dame 8, Springside Chestnut Hill Academy 2 >> The middle of the lineup came through for the Irish.
Cleanup hitter Sophia Marlino was 2-for-4 with three RBIs and one run scored. Anita Bilotta blasted a homer out of the No. 5 spot and put up the same numbers as Marliono. Katie Mayock was 1-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored while batting third in the lineup.
In nonleague action:
Garnet Valley 11, Chichester 7 >> The Eagles chose to walk seniors Sam Tomasetti and Reva Alderman to pitch to catcher Lindsey Hunt and the freshman made Chi pay.
Hunt was 4-for-4 with two RBIs. Hope DiMario also came up big behind Hunt. She was 2-for-3 and drove in five runs. Tomasetti and Alderman were productive, too, despite being intentionally walked a combined five times. Tomasetti belted two doubles, while Alderman blasted a home run.
Alex Maher was 2-for-3 and drove in three runs out of the leadoff spot for Chi.
