COACH OF THE YEAR

Brian Sullivan, Spring-Ford

Led Rams to sweep of the PAC-10’s regular season (9-0 record) and its championship meet (38 points, 32 less than rest of league field). Spring-Ford had strong pack in sophomores Zach Smith and Jake McKenna and senior John Conner — the trio went 4-5-6 in the league meet — along with junior Patrick Power and sophomore Shane Ainscoe, who were 11-12. Rams then placed sixth as team in the District 1 Championships’ Class AAA field.
